Choir / Worship
Choir is a great opportunity for you to let your voice be heard! The Word of God says in Psalm 98:4 “Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.” At Family Worship Center, our choir is filled with people who want to sing praises to the Lord and is open to anyone who would like to use their talents for the Lord!
Sunday School
Sunday School starts at 10 a.m. We currently have four different classes: Women’s, Men’s, Children ages 3-9, and Kids ages 10-16. Our vision as our church grows, is to add additional classes such as teens and young adults. Join us for Sunday school each Sunday morning and let’s dig deeper into the Word of God together.
Women’s and Men’s Ministry
Our Men’s and Women’s Ministry meet together on the last Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in lieu of our regular Tuesday night service.
Prime Timers (Seniors)
Our Prime Timers group is a very important part of our church. Our Seniors are always doing fun and exciting things together and plan regular activities the last Friday night of each month.
Children’s Ministry
Proverbs 22:6 says “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” This is not taken lightly at Family Worship Center. As part of our vision to help children effectively know, grow and show God’s love, we must partner together as a church and parents. We want to do all that we can to share the responsibility with families to pass on God’s truths to the next generation!
We have Children’s Church on Sunday morning’s for children ages 3-12. Children’s Church is a time for kids to grow spiritually in their walk with Jesus. The Bible lessons are geared to them in a way that they can easily understand and apply it to their little lives.
On Tuesday nights, we have a class for the children just like we have on Sunday mornings.
Youth Group
UNITED YOUTH meet on Tuesday nights. The service starts at 7 but teens can come early at 6:45 for refreshments. We meet in the fellowship hall. Activities are planned regularly such as christian concerts or miscellaneous Friday night events. We also do community outreach together such as block parties or helping local food banks. We have a great time!
Nursery
Nursery is available on both Sunday services for birth up to 3 years old.
